TPG’s Chief Executive Officer, Lisa DeFalco, is a leader in the customer care channel and its largest trade association, The American Teleservices Association. Serving as the Board of Directors’ Chairperson for the ATA, Lisa has guided the course of the channel during the government’s creation of the DNC Registry, and the successful rebound of the channel in a post-DNC world. As the Chair of the ATA, and as the pioneer of the customer contact Quality Management industry, Lisa is asked to speak worldwide on industry affairs, and the future of the channel.
